The eighteen studio apartment homes have been specifically designed for safety and functionality. These apartments are easy to get around in, and feature elegant appointments along with plentiful amounts of natural light. Each apartment also has a handy built in 24-hour emergency call system.

Outside each apartment's front door lies the spacious and exquisite interior commons. With lush greenery, nourished by natural light that filters down from high clerestory windows, the commons invites a leisurely stroll or visit with neighbors and friends.

The community gathering room and the dining area are found at the West end of the commons. The gathering room is an ideal place to relax or visit with friends and family. Immediately opposite is the dining area, where residents enjoy three tasty and nutritious meals daily, as well as an afternoon snack. From the East end of the commons one can enter a secure open-air garden courtyard. It is open during fair weather, and provides a wonderful and stimulating environment for strolling and relaxing in the fresh air among impeccably landscaped perennial and annual flowering plants, shrubs and trees.
